# "Reply to start" — waking your first agents

## What it is

A calm, one-time banner across the top of the app, shown just after setup, that says:

> Your agents are ready and waiting for your go-ahead. Open one and hit Reply to start it.

It exists to close a real gap. While you are still setting Omniscio up, it quietly
prepares your first few agents in the background so you are not staring at an empty app
when you finish. Those agents are **prepared, not running**: each one has its opening
question written and is waiting on you. **Replying is the single action that starts one.**

Before this banner, nothing said so — and worse, the "all done" message claimed your
agents were *already working*. They were not. A new user could finish setup, look at
four agents that appeared to be busy, and never touch them. Nothing would ever happen.

## Where to find it

### Where you see it

- **A slim accent-toned strip at the top of the app**, alongside the other post-setup
notices. It is a reminder, not an alarm: nothing is wrong, and nothing is broken.
- **Show me** takes you to your Onboarding Hub with one waiting agent already selected,
so the reply box is right there.
- **The X** dismisses it. Dismissing only hides the banner; it does not cancel or change
anything, and your agents keep waiting for you either way.

## How it behaves

### When it does and does not appear

It appears only when there is genuinely an agent waiting for you:

- You finished setup, and
- you are on the desktop app, and
- you have finished (or skipped past) the "learn the app" walkthrough, and
- at least one prepared agent has not been replied to yet.

It appears **nowhere else**. If your agents were never prepared, or you have already
started all of them, the banner simply does not exist — there is no empty strip and no
leftover message.

### It puts itself away

You never have to dismiss it. The moment you have replied to the last waiting agent, the
banner disappears on its own, because there is nothing left to point you at.

### The message when setup finishes

The completion message you see the instant setup ends now matches reality:

> You are all set. Your agents are ready and waiting. Open one and hit Reply to start it.

The old wording ("your agents are already working") was replaced everywhere, in every
language.
