# Settings documentation

In-app help for Omniscio's settings. Most settings in the Settings screens have a small **?** next to them that opens this documentation instantly, right where you are — no internet needed. A few do not have one yet, so when you do not see a **?**, the [settings reference](../settings-reference.md) lists every setting on one alphabetical page.

## Start here

Browse by area:

- [Appearance & display](appearance.md)
- [Performance & smoothness](performance.md)
- [Sessions & agents](sessions-and-agents.md)
- [Notifications, inbox & voice](notifications-inbox-and-voice.md)

- [Controls, permissions, privacy & general](controls-privacy-and-general.md)
- [Auto-lander & dev-pipeline](dev-pipeline.md)

The areas above cover the settings you are most likely to reach for. Every remaining setting —
including the advanced and CLI-only ones — is documented in an alphabetical reference:

- [More settings (A)](settings-extra-a.md)
- [More settings (B–G)](settings-extra-bcdefg.md)
- [More settings (H–Q)](settings-extra-hijklmnopq.md)
- [More settings (R)](settings-extra-r.md)
- [More settings (S)](settings-extra-s.md)
- [More settings (T–Z)](settings-extra-tuvwxyz.md)

Looking for a complete one-page list of every setting (including advanced / CLI-only ones)? See the [settings reference](../settings-reference.md).

<!-- Authoring note: each `## Human title {#camelCaseSettingKey}` heading in the files above
declares the in-app doc for one setting. The {#anchorKey} must match the AppSettings key;
settings-docs-service.ts scans these files and serves each section to the in-app "?" drawer. -->
