Omniscio — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Key terms at a glance

Plain-English summary — not a substitute for the full Refund & Cancellation Policy. This box is a quick, friendly overview of the points people ask about most. It is not legal language and does not replace the numbered sections below, which are the Policy that actually applies. If anything here seems to differ from those sections, the full sections control.

1. Who bills you

Paid Pro subscriptions for Omniscio are sold and billed directly by Omniscio LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"), a North Carolina limited liability company, which is the merchant of record. You purchase the Services directly from the Company, and the charge originates from the Company.

Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") is only our payment processor. Stripe securely processes your payment, and Stripe Tax calculates and collects any applicable US sales/use tax at checkout. Stripe does not sell the Services and does not decide your refunds — the Company does. Card and payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not store them.

This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Nothing in this Policy waives any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable US law.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, using a method at least as easy as signing up — there is no retention wall and no requirement to email or call us:

If you cannot find the option, email us at legal@omniscio.com and we will point you to the right place.

3. What happens when you cancel

4. Refunds

Consistent with Terms of Service §5.6:

5. Contact

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email us at legal@omniscio.com. We reply to every request.

The billing area in the App — and the self-service billing portal it opens — is where you cancel, update your payment method, and view invoices. It does not take refund requests, so please use the email address above for those. More information is available at https://omniscio.com.
