Feature Suite Recommendations (which features work well together)

Omniscio's configurable features grouped into ten themed suites, with the trigger signals that suggest each one, the synergies between suites, and six ready-made bundles for common kinds of work.

What it is

Omniscio has 60+ configurable features spread across Settings, many of which amplify each other when used together. This page groups them into ten themed suites, maps trigger signals (user behaviors or complaints that suggest a suite), identifies cross-suite synergies, and provides six recommended bundles for common user profiles. It is the reference both the AIPM (proactive feature recommendations during regular sessions) and AI Coaching (Mark Cebul's guided coaching interviews about work and life) should consult when deciding what to suggest.

This page does not explain how each feature works. For that, follow the links to each feature's own llm-library page.

Where to find it

This is a library page, not a screen — nothing in the app opens it. It is written to be read by two systems that make suggestions: the AIPM's proactive recommendations during ordinary sessions, and AI Coaching's guided interviews. It does not explain how any individual feature works; each suite's table links to that feature's own page.

Trigger signals

Use these behavioral signals to decide which suite to recommend. Each signal maps to the suite(s) most likely to help.

Signal (what the user does or says) Recommend
Manually archives or color-codes sessions frequently The Organizer
Uses tags on more than 3 sessions The Organizer
Responds to agent questions with short phrases like "yes", "continue", "proceed" The Automator
Has 10+ unread inbox items regularly The Automator
Mentions being overwhelmed, distracted, or unable to focus Deep Work
Works in long bursts without breaks Deep Work (Pomodoro)
Asks "what can Omniscio do?" or "how do I...?" The Learner
Has used fewer than 5 features after 2+ weeks The Learner
Mentions teammates, collaboration, or shared work Team Player
Runs the same multi-step task more than twice The Orchestrator
Asks about scheduling or overnight work The Orchestrator (Cron + Night Shift)
Misses important agent results because they were buried The Briefer
Says they check sessions "every morning" or want a summary The Briefer (Briefings)
Tracks tasks in an external tool (Jira, Trello, Asana) PM Power
Mentions sprints, backlogs, or project planning PM Power
Works with code, git, or pull requests The Developer
Runs multiple coding sessions in parallel The Developer (Status Board)
Mentions email overload or inbox zero The Communicator (Supermail)
Wants agents to contact them or others by email/SMS The Communicator

Cross-suite synergies

These suite combinations amplify each other. When recommending one, mention the other.

The Organizer + The Automator: Auto-color rules make it easy to spot which sessions the Automator handled vs. which need you. Tags let you filter to just the auto-replied sessions.

Deep Work + The Orchestrator: Focus Mode silences distractions while Cron Jobs and Night Shift keep agents working in the background. Pomodoro timer structures the work blocks; recipes run the tasks you would have done during breaks.

The Learner + The Briefer: Weekly Summary already includes personalized feature suggestions; Feature Discovery Nudges fill the gaps daily. Briefings catch what you missed; Coaching Tips teach you about features the digest mentions. AI Coaching sessions can reference these suggestions for deeper context.

The Automator + The Communicator: Auto-Replies handle agent noise; Supermail's AI summaries keep email manageable. Together they keep every inbox channel clean. Quick Replies work across agent responses AND email.

PM Power + The Orchestrator: PM Automations trigger recipes when sprint events happen. PM Intelligence advises on sprint health; Cron Jobs schedule the recurring checks.

The Developer + The Automator: Auto-Replies handle routine "please continue" responses during long dev sessions. Waiting Detector catches stuck builds. The Dev Pipeline runs autonomously while the Automator handles interruptions.
