My Automations (everything you have scheduled, in one list)
The one sidebar list of everything you have running on a schedule — the rich automations you built with the Automation Builder and the simple jobs you asked a session to create. What each row tells you (what it does, when it runs, whether it is live) and how this view relates to the raw Cron Jobs screen.
What it is
My Automations is the one place that lists everything you've set up to run on a schedule — both the rich automations you build with the Automation Builder (badged so they stand out) and the simpler scheduled jobs you create by asking a session to schedule something. It's the friendly home the app points you to after you approve an automation, and the Automation Builder page links straight here — building lives on that page, managing lives here.
Where to find it
Where it is
Open it from the Automation section of the left sidebar (beside Cron Jobs).
How it behaves
What each row shows
- What it does — the automation's name and description.
- When it runs — its schedule in plain English (e.g. "Every day at 8:00 AM").
- Status — Live, Waiting for approval, Paused, or Needs attention.
- A "Helper" badge on automations built with the Automation Builder — those are first-class automations with their own project, docs, and one-click self-fix. Rows without the badge are simpler scheduled jobs.
Relationship to Cron Jobs
Every automation is also a scheduled cron job, so everything in My Automations is also visible under Cron Jobs — the advanced/technical view. My Automations is the friendly, unified home; Cron Jobs is where you go for low-level scheduling details.
