Tap the project title to jump to the top (mobile)
On a phone, tapping the project's name at the top of the screen scrolls its session list back to the top — the familiar tap-the-title-bar gesture. It applies to a real project's session list on the narrow touch layout only, and tapping the same title while you are reading a session still steps back out to the list.
What it is
What it does
On a phone, when you're inside a project looking at its list of sessions, tapping the project's name at the top of the screen scrolls the list back up to the top — the familiar "tap the title bar to jump to the top" gesture from iOS.
If you've scrolled a long way down a project's sessions, one tap on the project name (for example "Omniscio") in the top bar smoothly returns you to the top of the list. If your phone has Reduce Motion turned on, it jumps to the top instantly instead of animating.
Where to find it
On a phone inside a project: the project's name in the top bar (the breadcrumb) is the control. The desktop app is unaffected.
How it behaves
When it applies
- Mobile / narrow-touch layout only, on a real project's session-list screen. The desktop app is unaffected.
- Tapping the same project name while you're reading a session does something different (and unchanged): it takes you back to the session list. See mobile-back-gesture.md for how the mobile projects → sessions → session drill-down works.
- The global Inbox title and a few embedded integration screens (AI Coaching, Settings, …) don't scroll — the gesture is aimed at project session lists, so on those screens the title tap simply does nothing.
There is no setting to turn this on or off — the tap just works.
How it works (in one breath)
The top bar (the "breadcrumb") lives in a different part of the app from the scrolling list, so a tap on the title bumps a small counter in the shared mobile-navigation store; the session list watches that counter and, when it changes, scrolls its container back to the top. Because the list subscribes to the counter directly rather than re-rendering on every tap, the scroll is immediate and doesn't disturb the list. The counter is only ever bumped by a real tap (never by navigating around), so moving between screens never triggers an accidental scroll.

- For engineers: the title reuses the ONE breadcrumb button in
MobileBreadcrumb.tsx(so the file stays at its raw-buttonbaseline), firesrequestScrollSessionsToTop()on the mobile-nav store, and the list consumes the signal through theuseScrollSessionsListToTophook — a sibling ofuseLandAtTopOnProjectChange, which handles landing at the top on project entry (this hook handles the title tap).
