Trim unused snooze times (personalized snooze menu)
The snooze menu offers a standard list of durations (an hour, this evening, tomorrow, next week, and so on). Trim unused snooze times quietly removes the durations you never pick, so the menu shows only the choices you actually use — the rest stay in their normal order, just shorter. It is a small decluttering convenience: it does not change what snooze does, only which options the menu presents to you.

Where to find it
Nothing to open: it changes the snooze menu itself, which appears wherever you snooze a session or an inbox row.
How it behaves
How to use it
There is nothing to configure beyond turning it on. Once on:
- Omniscio watches which snooze durations you choose over about a month.
- A duration you have never picked in that window is dropped from the menu.
- The durations that remain keep the standard ordering (it never reorders them by frequency — it only removes the dead options).
Turn it off to always see the full, standard list of snooze durations.
For agents
Settings
Setting key: snoozeSmartOrderEnabled. This is now a shipped feature. Off (the classic
behavior) shows every snooze duration; on trims the ones you never use.
