Training Hub

The **Training Hub** puts everything you need to learn Omniscio in one place: the tutorial videos, the docs in a clean reader, and links to the other help. Open it from the sidebar's **Insights** group. It is on by default and can be switched off in **Settings → Lab → Training Hub**.

What it is

  • Videos — every tutorial video, playing right inside the app. Pick one from the list in the left sidebar (on a phone the list sits below the player), or step through them with Previous and Next. It is the same list the new-user inbox video cards come from, in the same order, so a video you archived from your inbox is always here to rewatch.
  • Docs — the built-in help articles in a clean reader: search them, open one, and move to the next or previous article. The articles ship inside the app, so this tab works with no internet connection.
  • More — shortcuts to Keyboard shortcuts (opens Settings on the shortcut list), Ask a question (opens Get Help), and Read the full online guide (opens the Help panel on the web guide).

Where to find it

  1. In the sidebar, open the Insights group.
  2. Click Training Hub.

On a phone (Web Access), the Training Hub appears in the same place and works the same way.

How it behaves

  • One list, never a copy. The Videos tab reads the same tutorial video list as the inbox video cards and the web guide's Tutorial Videos page. A newly added video shows up here as soon as the app picks up the updated list (it checks a few times a day).
  • No broken players. A video that has not been recorded yet, or whose link is not an Omniscio video, is simply left out of the list.
  • Watching changes nothing else. Opening the hub or playing a video never sends, archives or replays an inbox card.
  • Works when other features are off. The Docs tab keeps working if Get Help is switched off — only the "Ask" shortcuts into Get Help disappear. The video list keeps updating even if the new-user inbox video drip is switched off.
  • Turning it off. Switch off Training Hub in Settings → Lab and the hub leaves the sidebar and the System group page. Nothing else changes.
  • Coming later. When the feature explainer pages (Learn) arrive, they join the hub as a Features tab rather than a second learning hub in the sidebar.

For agents

  • GET /training-hub/videos returns the hub's video list, in order: { ok: true, data: { videos: [{ id, title, blurb, videoShareUrl }] } }. Readable with a session's own scoped token.
  • To add, replace, remove or reorder videos, use the owner-only /onboarding-cadence/* routes described on the tutorial videos page (tutorial-videos) — the hub reads that list and keeps none of its own.
  • The rules this feature keeps are in training-hub-contract.md.

Tutorial videos (tutorial-videos) explains where the videos come from and how an owner adds one. The Help & Docs panel (help-and-docs-panel) is the in-app web browser the More tab's online-guide link opens.
