Integrations (the tracker boards inside Omniscio)

Omniscio can put an outside tool's work in its own sidebar: your Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Linear, Notion, Trello, ClickUp or Airtable board opens as a kanban view inside the app, and an agent can read and change the real items. Each integration is off until you enable it and paste an account token, and a change made from Omniscio is a change to your real account.

What it is

One page per board tool — enable it, connect it, then work:

  • Monday.com — boards, items and columns over the Cloud API. See Monday.com (Cloud) Integration.
  • Asana — your tasks as a sidebar board, with inbox rows for the work assigned to you. See Asana board.
  • Jira — pick a board, read an issue's description and comments, move work. See Jira board.
  • Linear — your team board, its columns and cards. See Linear (in development).
  • Notion — a Notion database as a kanban board. See Notion (in development).
  • Trello — any of your boards, with cards read, created, moved, archived and commented on. See Trello.
  • ClickUp — any list as a kanban board. See ClickUp.
  • Airtable — browse bases and records. See Airtable.

Several of these still sit behind the unreleased-feature gate, so the row stays hidden until you turn it on. The connection toggles for the whole outside-tools family — email, file storage, calendar, messaging and these boards — are catalogued in one place on Integrations & connections settings.

Where to find it

Enable a tool in Settings → Features (a few are listed under Lab), then connect it from the row that appears. Connecting is a token you paste into the panel — a personal API token for Monday, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable and Linear — rather than a browser sign-in, so nothing opens a vendor login page. Once connected, the tool's board is a row in the projects sidebar.

How it behaves

  • A write here is a write there. These panels reach the real vendor account over the network, so creating, moving, editing or deleting an item from Omniscio changes your actual board, not a local copy.
  • What is yours can reach your inbox. Items assigned to you — and, for some tools, changes to what you are watching — can appear as inbox rows, so board work and session work sit in one list.
  • Off until connected. With no account linked the panel is inert, and each tool's page above says what it needs.
  • In development means gated, not broken. The tools marked in-development are usable but hidden behind their own toggle until you enable them.
  • The repo work is separate. This area is the outside boards; the projects and sessions Omniscio runs your agents in are their own subject — see The sidebar (hubs and sessions).
