Calendar subscription link
A private calendar link puts the Mission Control due dates assigned to you into Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar, on any device, even when your computer is off. Get it from the **Subscribe in your calendar** button in Mission Control's Calendar view, or switch it on from Mission Control's settings page.
What it is
- A standard calendar subscription (an iCal feed) that your own calendar app checks for updates.
- It lists only the items assigned to you, across all your projects, that have a due date.
- Each calendar entry shows the item's title on its due date, with a link that opens the item in Mission Control. Nothing else is shared — no project names, people, statuses or notes.
- The Mission Control cloud serves it, so it keeps working on your phone and when your computer is off.
Where to find it
- Mission Control → any project → Calendar view → Subscribe in your calendar.
- Mission Control → Settings → Calendar → Calendar subscription link (an on/off switch).
- Both stay hidden until the Mission Control cloud has been updated to serve the link.
How it behaves
- Get my link makes your private link and shows it once, with Copy, Open in my calendar (hands it to the calendar app on this computer, such as Apple Calendar or Outlook) and Add to Google Calendar. Copy it then — for safety it cannot be shown again.
- To add it on a phone, paste the copied link into the phone's calendar app as a subscribed calendar.
- Make a new link replaces your link; the old one stops working on its very next refresh.
- Turn off (or the settings switch) stops the link working right away.
- The link has no expiry; it lives until you make a new one or turn it off.
- How often the calendar updates is up to your calendar app — Google Calendar can take up to a day.
- Projects kept only on this computer never reach the cloud, so their dates are not in the link.
- Anyone holding the link can see those titles and dates, which is why replacing it is one click.
For agents
- The rules (hash-only storage, constant-time check, per-link rate limit, title/date/link only, a new
link or turning off taking effect on the next request) live in the Mission Control calendar
subscription contract under
.claude/memory/contracts/. - Cloud routes:
GET/POST/DELETE /calendar-feed(signed in) and the publicGET /calendar-feed/feed.ics?token=. The desktop opens awebcal://link only through the narrowsystem:open-webcalchannel, which accepts the Mission Control backend's host and nothing else.
