Make the screen fit you
Turn on high contrast, reduced motion or colour-blind-safe status colours, add your own buttons to the open session's header, and save named views of the sessions sidebar. Safe Mode switches all of them off and keeps what you chose.
What it is
Three accessibility presets, your own buttons in the open session, and named views of the sessions sidebar.
Three small helpers, all of them off in Safe Mode and all of them saved for you.
Where to find it
- Accessibility. Settings → Appearance → Theme & Visual → Accessibility: High contrast, Reduce motion and Colour-blind-safe status colours, each one switch. They layer over whatever look or theme you have on, and they add a marker to the page (
data-a11y-contrast,data-a11y-reduced-motion,data-a11y-color-blind) plus the colour variables they set, so your own CSS or a look's stylesheet can aim at them. Safe Mode switches them off and keeps your choices. - Your own session buttons. Settings → Session → Your own toolbar buttons: add up to eight buttons to the open session's header, each with an icon and a label. A button sends a saved Super Prompt (or text you type) into that session, or opens a saved recipe already pointed at its project. On a session with nothing in it a prompt button arms first and sends on the second press. Safe Mode hides them.
- Saved sidebar views. A picker above the sessions list switches between All sessions and the views you saved. Each view carries its own grouping (status, project, tag or none), sort (recent, name or status) and filters (status, project, tag, only running). Saved views are managed in Settings → Appearance → Sidebar → Saved sidebar views. The Needs You entry and its approvals are never filtered out by a view.
How it behaves
Accessibility presets are switches, not a look: High contrast paints the same palette the High contrast look uses, Reduce motion quiets animation even when your computer has not asked for it, and Colour-blind-safe status colours recolours every status dot and badge to a palette that stays distinguishable with red-green colour blindness — the shapes drawn on the statuses stay on. Each one marks the page so your own CSS can react to it, and none of them touches your stylesheet.
Your own toolbar buttons turn the asks you repeat into one click in the open session's header. A prompt button sends its saved Super Prompt, or plain text you wrote, into that session. A recipe button opens the recipe runner with the recipe and the session's project already chosen — the runner's own approvals are unchanged, and a button never starts a session by itself.
Saved sidebar views name an arrangement of the sessions list. Pick one above the list, and it groups (by status, project, tag or nothing), sorts and filters the list straight away. The Needs You section sits above the view and is never filtered out, whatever the view says.
