Swarms (Bake-Off swarms)

The **Swarms** row in the sidebar lists every Bake-Off you ran as a swarm, finished ones included. Pick a swarm to see who was in it, and click anyone to open their session.

What it is

When you launch a Bake-Off with Work together as a swarm turned on, every contestant joins one shared board and they agree on one of them to write the final answer. The Swarms panel is where you find those swarms afterwards — including the ones that are already finished, which are usually the ones you want to read.

The Overseers panel answers "what is running across my fleet". The Swarms panel answers "what did this Bake-Off do and who was in it". Each is the one place for its own question — the swarms an Overseer runs on a goal still live inside the Overseers panel, not here.

Where to find it

  • The Swarms row sits in the Agent Tools group of the sidebar, directly under Overseers, with a boxes icon.
  • On a phone, open the same row from the sidebar.
  • From the keyboard: the Open Swarms action has no key by default — bind one in Settings → Keybindings if you want it.

How it behaves

  • The list (left). Every swarm you have run, newest first. Each row has a dot for how it is doing — Waiting on you (yellow), Working (green) or Finished (grey) — the swarm's title, how many agents were in it, and a yellow number when any of them is waiting on you.
  • The agents (right). Pick a swarm to see everyone who was in it: each agent's name, the model that ran it and its status. Click an agent to open its session and read what it did.
  • On a phone the list fills the screen; tap a swarm to see its agents, and tap All swarms to go back.
  • What stays. A swarm stays in the list after its agents finish and after they are archived. It leaves the list only when every one of its sessions has been deleted, and a deleted agent is never shown. The list shows the 200 newest swarms.

For agents

GET /fanout/swarms returns the same list as JSON: each swarm's id, title, start time, status, agent count, waiting-on-you count and its agents. It only reads.
